Grassfed Lamb Riblets

These Grassfed lamb riblets come from our 100% Grassfed and grass finished lambs on pasture.  Cook them the same way you would a pork spare rib. BBQ, smoke, braise or roast!

**These need to be cooked long and slow to render out the fat and connective tissues. Then the meat will melt off the bone amazingly!**
