Clean and flavorful!

These made delicious broth in the slow cooker! The meat was so tender and flavorful! And it's interesting because using bones that come from animals who are fed the right things and live a clean, healthy life, such as these pork neck bones, don't have any of that weird foamy scum that floats to the top that I read about in articles. Great product!
