Pastured Pork Bundle

Truly enjoyed delicious pork chops which we brined in hard cider and seasonings for about 1 hour before grilling. The pork chops were our featured entree for a farm to table dinner for 12 guests. Thank you for your ethical stewardship of resources.

I was concerned that the sausage would be spicey. I can’t do spicey. But it was delicious and not even a hint of spicey. Great for snacking or cut up in an omelet or sliced thin on a charcuterie tray. . I am glad I bought 4 of them since they will be a hit in the warm weather.

Grilled up perfect and andmost tasty.

We tried the pork steaks for the first time. Large and very good.

These were so flavorful! The perfect amount of tasty fat on them and you could almost cut them with a fork. So juicy and tender!
