Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to become the right hand to Head Marketer and Co-Founder, Jenni Bajema. This role involves crafting innovative marketing plans, managing our social media presence, executing impactful email marketing campaigns, and engaging with our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Create compelling content across our social media platforms, driving engagement and fostering a strong online community through reels, posts and stories.
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to promote our mission and products in Klaviyo.
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully to community messages, building positive relationships with our followers.
- Utilize video editing skills to produce engaging content that transparently shows the way we farm and also shares the truth about the food system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, content creation, and video editing.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of fostering strong connections both online and in person.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- A deep commitment to our mission, with a genuine desire to impact the food system positively.

Compensation and Status
- This position is available as part time or full time depending on the skills and availability of the candidate.
