I used the pastured ground chicken to make a Chinese BBQ Meatball recipe. The meatballs turned out beautifully tender, with a great flavor and texture. My family asked me to put this recipe in the rotation. Ordering more pastured ground chicken now!

I use them for the fat content needed to make our delicious chicken sausage, otherwise the sausage would be very dry. I fried some up as chicken skin chips with salt and pepper (a great carnivore/keto snack) to see how they tasted, and they tasted great! They are of good quality, and I know where they came from a reputable place.

I haven't eaten my whole chicken yet but I've had the breasts which were fabulous. I love that I can get humanely raised chicken as I stopped eating it in the past when I learned about factory farms and the horror there. Can't wait to use this for chicken soup and broth.

I stopped buying chicken a few years ago due to the terrible way most are raised. However, I love meat and missed it so I decided to buy from an ethical farm. The chicken was great and I am happy that there are people out there willing to treat food animals with the care they deserve. It's more expensive of course so I'm still eating a lot of plant based foods but enjoying meat again too. Nice too that it isn't pumped full of saline solution.
