I mostly only order chicken breasts from Rebel Pastures, and never cooked a whole chicken before, but I was curious to try it. I cooked it in a stovetop pressure cooker and the taste and texture was phenomenal. Plus you get bones to make stock out of later. Thanks to Rebel Pastures' regenerative farming practices, I feel good about using every part of an ethically raised animal. It's worth it and you can taste the difference!
I really appreciate being able to purchase in bulk 1# pkgs w/o having to purchase 1/4 or 1/2 processed cow. I like being able to fill in as needed the items we use up faster and prefer more than other. The beef has a good appearance... and tastes like the healthy beef my family is accustomed to. And it arrived 2 days after I placed my order! I'm sold on the service and the options available ...
