The roasts and chickens are very good.
Im a huge fan of flank steak and this was really fantastic. We pan seared it and served it with sauteed veggies from the garden. The meat is one of a kind, highly highly recommend!

The brats always cook up perfectly and the taste is incredible. The flavor, and fragrance, bring back memories of Christmas Eve dinner at my grandparents when we’d have pinnekjøt (steamed lamb ribs).
