The bison sirloin steak from Rebel Pastures is a staple in my anti-inflammatory diet. My husband and I typically toss one in a large frying pan filled with fresh veggies, and serve over grain. I am grateful to have access to grass fed, grass, finished, clean meat from a local source!

In all honesty, Rebel meats and treats are the best such products we (my wife and I) have enjoyed, ever! We have tried other mail order specialty meats and decided (without a doubt) Rebel meats taste better. They are moist, tender and offer superior flavor! We have enjoyed several of their beef cuts, chicken, fish, pork and lamb brats. We start each day with pork sausage. Yum!
The boxes that contain these prized products are throughly insulated and frozen to the bone with dry ice. Email and other phone alerts keep us informed of delivery status, instantaneously. What more could one ask for?
