I was searching for lamb shanks for a birthday dinner and found this farm online. Excellent service, easy pickup, incredible taste and quality! I made the shanks morrocan style with pearled tri-colored couscous with mint, cilantro, and toasted almonds. It was epic!

This Lamb is a delicious addition to many of our dishes. It does not have a strong flavor like some lamb I've had from the grocery. It is mild and adds so much flavor to our cooking.

Made up my traditional wings and it tastes better when you know the quality of meat you are eating.
