I love a good sizzler because you can use it for almost anything. I made a beef & broccoli stir fry in my wok with these, and it turned out fantastic. Very tender, very little to trim and the taste really showed through. I could live off these things!!
Wasn’t sure what to classify these sausages as—breakfast link or smaller sausages—but they are delicious! A little spicy but not overpowering. Suitable for breakfast and also were good as part of a dinner. Didn’t seem overly greasy either, as I image the pork is of such quality that you can truly tell in texture and taste . Will buy again!

I grew up with a great Polish Mother and a Proud Ukrainian Father. So I’ve been eating kielbasa for 70 years. The Rebel Pastures are the best “fresh” (not smoked) kielbasa I’ve had in years. The farm fresh look and taste are rare today, and nothing like what the grocery stores sell. They cook up nice and are perfect bun sized. Best of all, no knots of fat, no chewy casing and they didn’t taste salty, which is import for many of us. We had them for lunch today and plan to re-order a bunch for Christmas. They remind me of going to an old Hamtramck butcher shop with my Dad, where the links hung from the ceiling. Order with confidence from this great American farm.

I make Beef Tallow and this Suet rendered up perfectly! It’s trimmed extremely well which makes the job easier. I can make my own grass fed beef tallow for one third the cost of store bought and I know where it comes from and how it’s raised.
Thank you for these Rebel Pastures! I make bean soup regularly and I no longer have to buy the dried up , freezer burned hocks from the grocery store! I didn’t realize what a good quality smoked hock was till I ordered these. They definitely upped my bean soup game.
Great Flavor packed in this steak! I toss these on the griddle with a little beef tallow ( made from Rebel Farms beef suet) cooked rare to medium rare, sliced cross grain. I’ve also made a delicious Beef and Broccoli stir fry. This is a go-to on every order. So versatile. Fajitas, Stir Fry, sliced thin on a hoagie roll with onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese., to mention a few.
Soup season is here! I made an amazing beef stew this weekend and I love knowing it was filled with nutritious grass-fed meat.
I made up these wings in an air fryer for 8 peeps. Never tried them before. Everyone was amazed at how great they were - w/out sauce! The wings were meaty and just delicious! Highly rec for party or anytime!
I’m a big fan of incorporating offal into my diet as regularly as possible. Rebel’s pastured chicken livers are rich and delicious. My wife recently made a a curry with them. It was my first time ever having liver that way but it was quite delicious!
These are a huge hit at our house! Great flavor!
