What people say about this cut
4.95 · 1508 verified reviewsWhere this tallow comes from
From our own cattle.
Never a feedlot.
Rendered from the fat of the same grassfed, grass-finished cattle that fill our beef boxes. Nothing from a feedlot animal goes in the jar.
Fat from grass-finished cattle is a different thing from grain-fed fat — which is why we only use our own. We can tell you which farm it came from.
How we farmOur own cattle
Grassfed and grass finished, on our five farms.
Never a feedlot
No grain-finished fat, no bought-in tallow.
Whole animal
Fat that would otherwise go to waste, put to use.
100% American
Born, raised and rendered in America.
