So delicious!

I love these brats. They are the perfect mix of lamb flavor and the traditional brat flavor. With lamb being a leaner meat, they aren't as forgiving as pork with being overcooked, but are serious perfection when done correctly. We did a trio of brats for our daughters birthday and these were first to go!
