Ground Bison

Shipped to home in 48 hours with updates so that we could get it in freezer ASAP. Tried first package and made burgers in frying pan. Excellent flavor! Chose Rebel pastures for 100% grass fed and FINISHED lean and healthy bison. Grass FINISHED is hard to find. Most places send them to a feed lot the last year of life. Only issue was one package lost vacuum seal and so this was the package we ate first to avoid freezer burn. Otherwise, happy with purchase and I plan to be a returning customer.

Wow.

I cooked up a package today. I did not need to drain the cooked meat. Flavorful and tender. Highly recommend. Better than any supermarket ground meat.

Tasty Grass Fed Bison Ground

I used Rebel’s grass fed bison in a nacho recipe!
When I used grass fed ground beef , I had to drain the fat. Bison has less fat so I was able to skip that step. :).
They were delicious nachos and then I turned the grass fed bison ground beef into tacos! I definitely will be buying the grass fed bison again!
