Pasture Raised Pork Chop (Boneless)

Ground pork often has a bit of "white foamy residue" when cooking...not nearly as much with the product form Rebel Pastures. In addition, the flavor profile of pork is evident in the dish rather than a light grey and grainy substance. Outstanding!

Very tender and amazing flavor.

These pork chops were absolutely awesome. The meat was aesthetically beautiful and clean. Texture was so tender. Definitely will be a regular purchase for us. Our family isn’t usually big on pork because it’s difficult to find humanely raised. So happy to have found Rebel!

First of all I want to just say my hubby and I share everything in half , even a chicken breast ., But since I so wanted to taste the boneless cup the way to came, that’s how I cooked it it .
When I thawed them , opened the package and touched the chop raw , it was amazingly soft and tender !
I wanted to BQ it , but chose what I usually do with my chicken . I breaded them , pan fried quickly , and finished in the oven .
The taste of the pork was amazing , like when I was a child . ( a long time ago !)
My husband that has not been a fan of chops in 25 years , loved them !
So far that’s all I’ve cooked, just the two of us , so it may take awhile. So far we’re happy !!

I used this ground pork for many dishes. I like that it does not have an overly strong pork flavor. The juices run clean when you brown it in a pan. I prefer this pork over all others.
