Great quality chicken skin!

Deep fried the chicken skin and it turned out amazing! No feathers stuck like the store chickens.

Best Tasting Chicken Skins

I use them for the fat content needed to make our delicious chicken sausage, otherwise the sausage would be very dry. I fried some up as chicken skin chips with salt and pepper (a great carnivore/keto snack) to see how they tasted, and they tasted great! They are of good quality, and I know where they came from a reputable place.

Great Product, Great Packaging ...

This sat for well over 24 hours in hot Florida, first at the UPS warehouse and then all day in a UPS truck. (It was delivered at 7 PM.) The chicken skins still arrived frozen rock solid and are fresh and top quality when thawed and cooked. Couldn't ask for better product or service.

Oven fried

These skins make good chips if you air fey or oven fry. I also add them to soups for extra flavor and collagen benefits.
