Jowl Bacon comes from the cheek of the pig. It less uniform with a thicker cut than regular bacon. If you're looking for a full fat, flavor full cut of pastured pork, try this cut! It can be fried and eaten as is or used to flavor recipes like Mac & cheese or black-eyed peas.
