Delicioso Chorizo

My family and I enjoyed the chorizo because its full of flavor and not greasy! It tastes great with eggs and quesadillas. Gracias!

Very tasty

Just made some breakfast sandwiches with these patties on some homemade sourdough everything bagels, with pasture raised eggs, and Kerrygood reserve cheddar cheese. Breakfast of champions right there! This sausage has great flavor and cooked up nicely. Very tasty!

Where this meat comes from

Outside on grass.
Never a barn.

Pasture raised the whole way — moved onto fresh ground, out in the weather, doing what the animal is built to do. No confinement barns, no crates.

Pigs are not grass-only animals, so theirs is rounded out with non-GMO grain. No hormones, no routine antibiotics, and we will tell you which farm raised this batch.

How we farm
Pasture raised
Outdoors on grass, never a confinement barn.
Non-GMO grain
What grass alone cannot give them — and nothing else.
No antibiotics
Not routinely, not at the end. No hormones either.
100% American
Five family farms. No imported meat in a domestic wrapper.
