Loved the rich, smoked flavor of these beef franks. My grandchildren loved them, too. Happy to know that I fed my grandchildren a good quality beef product, and that we supported a local farmer/business, too! Forgot to take a picture, but we grilled them and they were delicious!
The chicken was delicious! It was tender and juicy, and the best part is knowing how it was raised. Regenerative agriculture is the best way to raise food, and my family is proud to support local farms like Rebel Pastures!
Once again, you can taste/smell the freshness. This is my burger recipe my grandchildren loved. 1 lb Rebel pork, 2 lbs of Venison, 1 diced med onion sauté , 1 Rebel egg from happy hens,1 tbl Worcestershire, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 2 tbl Montreal steak seasoning. Don’t over cook
I recently fell in love with chorizo tacos so when I saw chorizo as an option at Rebel, I had to stock a few. I am not disappointed! Not greasy like so many other brands. Well rounded flavors, DELICIOUS!
I have been making bone broth for over 40 years and usually use bones I collect over time and freeze. My mother grew up on a farm and always made chicken soup from scratch for my family, so I learned my techniques from her. I have never bought a kit before, so I was curious about simply using backs. It turned out great, and am so pleased that I don't have to wait for a collection of bones any more, but will have Rebel brothe kits to fall back on!
