I used these steaks in the crock pot in a rich beef stew...so tender and delicious! Will try on grill next. I am so amazed at the quality and flavor of your meats...only brand our son will eat! If it's not Rebel...forget it!

Versatile steak

I love a good sizzler because you can use it for almost anything. I made a beef & broccoli stir fry in my wok with these, and it turned out fantastic. Very tender, very little to trim and the taste really showed through. I could live off these things!!

Versatile steak , packed with beefy flavor.

Great Flavor packed in this steak! I toss these on the griddle with a little beef tallow ( made from Rebel Farms beef suet) cooked rare to medium rare, sliced cross grain. I’ve also made a delicious Beef and Broccoli stir fry. This is a go-to on every order. So versatile. Fajitas, Stir Fry, sliced thin on a hoagie roll with onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese., to mention a few.
