Ordered this not really knowing what to expect - would it be more like a ham steak or more like a huge piece of bacon? It's a huge piece of bacon and WE ARE IN LOVE! It will be in our cart with each order! Full of flavor and super tender; super meaty. It exceeded our expectations!
