Absolutely awesome!

These pork steaks were awesome! We seared them on the grill at high heat for 4-5 mins per side. Super juicy and amazing flavor!

Pork Steak

I am not usually a fan of pork, except in things like barbecue. I have to say, this pork steak is the best flavor of any that I have ever experienced. I will definitely order it again!!!!
