Pure, wild, and vibrant, Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is a taste of Alaska’s pristine waters. At Rebel Pastures, we’ve joined forces with Net to Table Seafoods to deliver responsibly harvested salmon, flash-frozen to lock in its rich flavor and firm texture.

Galley fillets come from the tail end of the salmon, so they’re a bit smaller. That’s why most packages have a few pieces instead of one big fillet. We'd recommend using this cut in fish tacos, salmon bites, or something that requires cutting up your salmon rather than a whole fillet.

They’re from the same fish as the larger fillets, and by including these smaller cuts, we make sure more of the fish gets used—keeping things delicious and sustainable!
