Fresh Pastured Pork Hocks are the perfect choice for clean eaters. Our pigs are raised in a forest environment, exposed to natural fresh air and sunshine, and given the opportunity to root in the soil. We use only non-GMO feed and use regenerative farming techniques to ensure healthy soil, promoting sustainable farm practices.
This is the lower segment of the leg, also called the "shank". These hocks are NOT smoked, they are freshly frozen hocks. Perfect for slow cooking or braising. These are used in a Dutch, German, Italian, Swedish, and Polish cooking. Avg: 1.2-1.9lbs
