The ground chicken is my favorite product from Rebel pastures, although the chicken brats are a close second. The ground chicken has that real chicken flavor that doesn't require bouillon to supplement it. I saute it for tacos, sloppy joes, chili, etc. It has never disappointed. When considering how to brand yourself, remember that the quality of the food speaks much louder than any overly-contrived branding efforts.
