I am so sorry that I can no longer purchase eggs from your store. I have a couple of health problems that are so much better because of the choline in your heathy eggs. I will miss you.

I previously have made liver paste which is excellent but of late just fry them up and eat with my scrambled eggs. Again, excellent fried in beef tallow or bacon fat. Good healthy stuff!
